- Project Management: Safety Management Systems, Quality Assurance,
Schedules, Reporting and Commercial
- H R Dept: Sourcing curriculum, Interviews, Training, Ongoing sourcing of cv’s and Placement of personnel
- Payroll Admin: Contractual agreement with personnel, Payroll, Medical Aid, Provident Fund and Taxes
- Logistics Coord: Training & Scheduling, Transport, Mobilisation Schedules and Manifests
